- no speculative decks, no unpaid discovery, no procurement theater.
- no token-only compensation, promotional token launches, or speculative protocol theater.
- you own the code and findings. keys stay with you. client materials are removed at closeout, except for required legal and accounting records.
- we take on what we can ship, and we ship when we said we would.
